Michael's extensive 30+ year business background, primarily founded in the Communications and Marketing
industries with hands-on Management, Sales, & Ownership, is the foundation of his business savvy. He has
worked with National Broadcasting Networks, owned and operated his own Advertising Agency, and is
President / CEO of his own Corporation. His business acumen comes directly from "being there and doing it!"
and he has spoken for and consulted hundreds of companies and associations.
Michael began his full time career of consulting, speaking and training in 1992 when he started his own
consulting firm. Successful growth quickly required that the company evolve and be incorporated, which gave
birth to the current Morgan Success Group.
Michael has successfully consulted with businesses, corporations and national associations. His clientèle list
is extensive and 97% of his business comes from referrals from very satisfied customers.
As a member of the International Alliance for Learning, his focus is on creating keynotes and training
programs with unique and effective styles that maximize the educational process by using accelerated adult
learning techniques that enable each attendee to quickly learn and retain new materials and concepts.
Michael is honored as a Past President of the "NSA-Colorado Chapter", the third largest chapter of the
National Speakers Association.
Michael is a proud Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Air Force. An important part of Michael’s
service was in the American Forces Radio and Television (AFRTS) - Department of Information - where he
received the highest training in all facets of film and broadcasting. He was stationed at Lowery AFB in Denver,
CO - one of three AFRTS facilities in the world dedicated to developing and creating training programs and
films for the USA and other countries.
It was this invaluable ‘hands on’ experience, which Michael embraced and carried forward to use in all facets
of his consulting, training, curriculum development and capturing and transferring to today’s technology.
As an international Consultant, Keynote Speaker, and trainer, Michael recognized the growing importance of
the ‘learning’ process and became a member of the International Alliance for Learning. His focus on creating
training programs, which utilized the accelerated adult learning techniques maximized students and attendees
ability to quickly learn and retain new materials and concepts.
