Michael "The Speaker"!

Michael's experience and business acumen spans over 30 years. He has worked in the fields of Communication, Marketing, Management with hands-on sales and ownership, and the entertainment industry. He worked for National Broadcasting Networks, owned and operated his own Advertising Agency - "Pro-Motions" - and had a successful career in Real Estate where he broke many sales records.

Michael's slogan for the Morgan Success Group, " We help individuals, organizations and associations be ahead by design, not by default!", is core belief   and focus of his company.

He stands behind this philosophy. His dedication and commitment shines through in the programs and training he presents. His extensive business background is the foundation of his business savvy and his business acumen comes directly from "being there and doing it!"

Michael started his full time career of consulting, speaking and training in 1992 when he created "Executive Management Services". The successful growth of E.M.S. required that the company evolve and be incorporated, which gave birth to the current Morgan Success Group, Inc. Michael has successfully consulted with businesses, corporations and associations. His clientele list is extensive and 97% of his business comes from referrals from very satisfied customers.

As a member of the International Alliance for Learning, his focus is on creating keynotes and training programs with unique and effective styles that maximize the educational process by using accelerated adult learning techniques that enable each attendee to quickly learn and retain new materials and concepts.

Michael is honored as a past president of the "NSA-Colorado Chapter", the third largest chapter of the National Speakers Association.

Michael is a proud Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Air Force.

     Jonathan Urban - Cameraman / Video Editor

Jonathan brings the unique skills of the creative cameraman's eye as well as the exacting video editor's expertise to Morgan Success Group, Inc / Creative Media Productions as our video media guru.  Jonathan has worked with various productions including documentaries, outdoor field and stream type programs, and even special event and wedding videos.

He's equally at home with the camera as well as the editing bay. He' s able to understand the clients needs and desires and very creative in developing the right look and feel to meet the clients needs.
