For over 10 years, the Morgan Success Group, Inc. has specialized in customizing programs for our clients. We realized that while there are many similarities in business, each company, association, and groups of people are different. We will not deliver generic programs.

Few speakers will take the time to truly customize a program for each and every client. That's why we do it!

We average approximately 4 -6 hours gathering industry, company, and trend information:

Clients must complete a "Preprogram Questionnaire". (Even for a 30 minute Keynote program)

We review the Preprogram Questionnaire with our clients for clarification and to gather other contact names.

We talk with selected company representatives on the phone or in the field.

We also review company or association marketing materials and brochures pertinent to the program content.

In addition, we try attend pre-conference social gatherings to talk with program attendees for even more information in a friendly "relaxed" environment.
